We will send the tracking code for all ordered products directly to your email.

It takes 3 to 7 business days for tracking codes to be passed from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient because the delivery address was filled out incorrectly on our website at checkout, so, please be careful when filling out your information.

The delivery time varies depending on the efficiency of the postal service and your city, as many customers receive their orders in 7 calendar days, while others receive them in 20 to 30 days. The final delivery time is up to 40 business days. If the specified time has passed, we recommend that you contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will promptly investigate the situation. If we confirm that there is a problem with your order's logistics, we will issue a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

The products available in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address registered in our store at the time the order is completed. The shipment may originate from a distribution center in Brazil or even abroad (USA, Europe, Asia).
